Acres of Hope Annual Event

Holiday with the Horses, a festive extravaganza that combines the magic of the holiday season with our graceful equine herd! Immerse yourself in the spirit of the holidays at our event where fun and excitement await around every corner.

All proceeds from the annual event supports bringing mental health services to the first responders and military veterans of Randolph County.

Admission: a brand new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots OR a canned food item per adult OR $2.00 per person

Raffle tickets are required to purchase activities and cake walk items. Raffle ticket prices are posted at each location. Participants must purchase raffle tickets with cash at entry stations.

Vendor Booths: Explore a variety of vendor booths offering unique handmade crafts, holiday gifts, and delicious treats. From cozy scarves to homemade jams, there's something for everyone.

Activity Booths: Let your creativity run wild at our activity booths! Get your face painted with whimsical designs, decorate your own scrumptious cookies, and even write letters to Santa Claus himself. There's no end to the fun!

Musical Delights: Enjoy the melodious tunes of our local middle school choir, filling the air with festive songs and holiday cheer. Their heartwarming performances will add a special touch to your day.

Cake Walk: Test your luck at the cake walk, where donated cakes, cookies, and pastries tempt your taste buds. Who knows, you might just walk away with a sweet treat to enjoy!

Silent Auction: Bid on a wide array of items in our Silent Auction, ranging from gift certificates to local restaurants and entertainment to elegant jewelry, beautifully crafted art, and delightful gift baskets. Your winning bid not only gets you a fantastic item but also supports a great cause!

Food Vendors will also be on site. Tickets and cash are used for purchase.

We are currently seeking vendors who are selling the following wares:

homemade/handmade crafts & artistry
homemade/handmade jams, jellies, spice packets, etc.
homemade/handmade candles, lotions, balms, etc.
Unique handmade/homemade items

We are currently seeking the following donations from Randolph County

businesses and citizens:

Cakes, cookies, and pastries for the cake walk
plain, undecorated cookies for cookie decorating booth
activity booth, food booth, and silent auction items (i.e. supplies, food items, gift certificates, gift baskets, and/or items from local businesses)

We are currently seeking sponsors.

Sponsorship levels are:

VIP Sponsor: sponsorship of an activity booth (supplies), a silent auction item, and a cake for cake walk. VIP Sponsors receive logo and notoriety on website, mention in Press Release and logo and business name included on all marketing materials for event, emcee mention by name at event, and choice of Acres of Hope merchandise.

Star Sponsor: sponsorship of a cake for the cake walk and a silent auction item. Star Sponsors receive logo and notoriety on website, emcee mention by name at event, and choice of Acres of Hope merchandise.

Red and White Sponsor: sponsorship of a cake for the cake walk OR a silent auction item. Red and White Sponsors receive logo and notoriety on website.
